What you send
WAV or FLAC stems exported from the same start point, plus your instrumental and any reference tracks. FLAC is lossless and roughly half the size of WAV, so it uploads in about half the time.
Mixing and revision policy
Up to 5 mix revisions are included. Turnaround of 1 to 3 business days begins once complete stems are received, not at the time of payment. Revision requests are made in writing. Additional revisions beyond the fifth are quoted separately.
Session files are kept for 60 days after final delivery, then removed from our servers. Keep your own copy of your stems.
